A white-label reseller model — you build your own brand and client relationships, we handle inventory, packaging and shipping. Please read the terms carefully before applying.
1. The White-Label Model
You sell ShubhCrystals products under your own brand to your own audience. Customers never see our name — orders ship in neutral packaging with your details.
- You set your own selling price (wholesale price stays fixed).
- Profit = your selling price − our wholesale price.
- You own the client relationship end-to-end.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Wholesale prices are locked and non-negotiable.
- You collect full payment from your customer upfront.
- Wholesale amount is settled with us before the order is packed.
- Your profit is yours to keep — no revenue share, no commissions.
3. Orders, Shipping & Delivery
- Every order requires complete customer details (name, phone, full address, pincode).
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.
- Standard delivery is 4–8 working days across India.
- Tracking is shared with you the moment the order ships.
4. No Refund / No RTO Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or RTO (Return-to-Origin) on wholesale orders — including customer-initiated cancellations after dispatch, incorrect address entries, or refusal to accept delivery.
- Verify customer address & phone before placing the order.
- Prefer prepaid orders — COD RTOs are the reseller's cost.
- Damaged-in-transit claims must include unboxing video within 24 hours.

- Share wholesale prices publicly
- Make medical / miracle claims
- Undercut other partners intentionally
6. Account & Termination
Accounts violating brand guidelines, sharing wholesale pricing, or misrepresenting products may be suspended without notice. Pending profits will be settled per our standard payout cycle.
